"I received exceptional levels of care"

I recently had a total right hip replacement under the care of Consultant Mr Warnock and his amazing team.

From my admission to Ward 6A until discharged, I received exceptional levels of care from Mr Warnock, Gerald his assistant, the reassurance and understanding from Ann about anaesthesia procedures was appreciated.

Followed up on the ward with superb nursing care, from all the nursing staff. Every need being met, ice packs from Patrick and attention to detail to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, including well fed by cheerful ancillary staff.

Physio and OT needs all met with absolute professionalism. All care generously given with a smile and aplomb. I would like to acknowledge this tremendous level of service given despite the backdrop of staff not having pay parity with other parts of the UK.

Thank you to everyone involved, I was so grateful for the superb care so cheerfully provided, I thought brilliantly.
