Absolutely terrific.  The team are brilliant.  Kim and team listen to indivuduals, encourage us to share our experiences and reassure everyone.  From week one to now I feel like a different person.  This was an eight week course and my only downside is that i wish it could have been longer as i enjoyed it so much.

Gold star plus for you.

I am delighted to hear that you found the eight week course to be such a benefit to you and it's great to know that you found it helpful to be able to share your experiences and listen to the experience of others. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide
