My Father was unwell at home, later in hospital and currently (after 7 plus months) in a Nursing home.
The GP - Dr. Manoharan - has contacted me periodically throughout. I have been enormously gratified and impressed that she has been a professional who has shown consistency of care and also someone I have not had to chase (as I have many others).
During all her calls she has been professional- yet also empathetic - I have no doubt she will call me again (as promised). She always goes above and beyond and I cannot emphasise enough how grateful my Dad and I are for her continuing care.
She exemplifies what others promise! It is incredibly reassuring to have her as our GP contact. I feel her work and efforts are probably not recognised because what she does routunely is exemplary and rare
