"Care that exceeded my expectation"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I visited Lincoln Hospital for a gynaecology appointment and would just like to express how impressed I am with the level of care I received.

I had 3 members of the team, Miss Harper (consultant), Pam (doctor) and Heather (nurse), and they were all wonderful! Despite the intimate nature of my appointment they all made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. They were all friendly and kind and chatty.

I have nothing but good things to say about the care I received today. I felt very involved in my care and everything was explained to me clearly by Miss Harper. The actual procedure was comfortable and swift. Thank you so much for such an excellent experience
