(as the patient),

I have recurring pain on my right hand and phoned my GP.  Got a phonecall back within 2 hours and an appointment for the next day.  Once I'd seen the doctor he agreed I should get an x-ray to see what was going on.  I went to x-ray at the Royal Infirmary, checked in at reception and within 2 minutes was taken through, had the x-ray done and out. 

I'd like to thank the reception staff at both my GP Surgery and x-ray department at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, also my GP and hospital staff for quick efficient service.  The whole process took under 2 hours. It's not easy working in the NHS at the moment so credit where credit's due.  Thank you.
