"The care I received could not be faulted"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as the patient),

Visited the Endoscopy Unit, Mid Ulster Hospital today for a procedure. 

The care that I received from the nursing staff and endoscopist, Ailsa, could not be faulted. Everything was explained very clearly at each stage and constant reassurance given which helped to quell some anxiety that I had.

Special thanks to the wonderful team comprising Colleen, Ailsa, Marie, Donna, Molly and Nuala who attended to me.

All of us try to make sure the patients journey through the unit is well explained and clearly, to help relieve anxiety and fear. This helps patients feel relaxed and comfortable, as this can help the procedure to be performed with ease and make the experience as pleasant as possible.
