"Happy with the service, but thought it would be longer."

About: Community Therapy Services / Mid Notts Community Thearapy

(as a service user),

No story really

Had to wait 8 months or more for physio.

Had some aids from red cross when John and his team first got involved 2023.

When Kelly got involved she gave me some exercises to do, ordered some more aids for the home from red cross and got me walker so I can go out now.

I was happy with the service I got for a short while after waiting so long I thought I would have got  a longer and better service I thought after waiting so long I would not be discharged so quickly.

Many thanks for your services, it seems I only had visits when new aids arrived and I had to be assessed. The aids have helped with my lymphoma.

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that the aids have helped you get out and improved your lymphoedema but I am also sorry that you felt the input wasn't for long enough. I will feed this back on your behalf.
