About: Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust / Admiral Nurses

(as a carer),

We have been supported by The Admiral Service for the last few months to help us to care for our loved one with Dementia. The service has been outstanding. Hayley has not only given us valuable information to us throughout but has supported us as a family with such care and understanding. She has supported us every step of the way as we transitioned our loved one into a care home.

We now feel fully equipped to move forward in our caring role. We highly recommend this service.
