"A very pleasant experience indeed"

About: Bassetlaw Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics Community Therapy Services / Bassetlaw Community Therapy

(as a carer),

A very pleasant experience indeed!

When my wife left Bassetlaw Hospital after spinal decompression surgery in November last year, the hospital physiotherapist gave us the 'golden number' and since then we did not look back. Since then we had the attention and service for my wife's care and requirements needed for the welfare of my wife.

From week one we were privileged to have the services and expert advice from the community physiotherapist Mr Joy, a pleasantly mannered and kind gentleman. His experienced attention and helpful advice is much appreciated. His keenness and expectation to motivate patients speedy recovery is an asset.

In addition, all the help and attention we received from the care services is overwhelming. We had frequent phone calls and visits from district officers, including Mr John, who visited and finalised the rest of the requirements.

Mr Joy was also instrumental in getting all the adaptions needed initially. All in all, we are very pleased with your services, attention and helpful advice for the last 3 months. At present your services are up to date and wish you continue your yeoman service to the disabled as now.

Thank you all in the care team.
