About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

Just wanted to inform of the excellent care & attention that I received yesterday at Woodend Hospital Pre operative Clinic Ward 16..

The receptionist, Debbie, was friendly & helpful. Jill , the nurse, & Maria, Healthcare assistant, were very professional, put me at my ease quickly , explained clearly the procedure & invited any questions that I might have had.

The staff behaviours enabled a nervous patient to relax & the time flew by.
