"Totally unorganised"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Totally unorganised services to tax payers. Can’t even keep a simple list of who is going next for a check up with the doctor.

At the time of writing I have waiting for 6 hours with chest pain… and still waiting. Others have arrive after me and have been seen to before me. 

It’s a real shame that the NHS is this state. The lax atmosphere from staff and the tick box attitude is appalling.
