(as a service user),

I’ve been waiting for a cystocele and rectocele prolapse operation for almost 3 years.  This has seriously impacted on my quality of life and on my family life too.  I’ve now got other  quite serious medical conditions as a result of these delays.  

I have tried to find out what is happening and even if I could get an idea of when the op could be but not getting anywhere fast!!  Very frustrated and in agony!
