I was taken to the Wishaw General Maternity Triage Unit by paramedics in February. I was having a really hard time with my missed miscarriage and ended up having to get emergency surgery.
I was given the most amazing care by every single person I met throughout the process but want to give a special mention to Midwife Morgan (I’m unsure of her last name so hope she’s the only Morgan on ward).
Morgan showed my husband and I the most amazing compassion and care, she made a horrible time in our lives more bearable and her impact has made a huge lasting impression. Morgan deserves so much recognition for the work she does. I really hope one day we will be back on the maternity ward in Wishaw for a nicer experience and will get to meet Morgan and the team again.
Thank you so so much to everyone we met that night. We are incredibly grateful x
