"Kind, helpful staff"

About: Dundee Community Podiatry

(as the patient),

I recently attended Broughty Ferry Health Centre. I was welcomed by two young men who made me feel at ease and reassured me through the whole process of removing my toenails. They were both very helpful and kind, chatting to me as my procedure was getting done, definitely helps having such kind, helpful staff. Just want to say a big thank you for your warm kindness on the day .

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your recent experience at our nail surgery clinic. I was delighted to hear that the two podiatrists put you at ease and you found them to be kind and helpful. It can be quite a daunting prospect getting a procedure carried out but I am glad that this was alleviated by our caring staff. I shall make sure your kind comments are passed on to those involved in your care and wish you well for a speedy recovery.
