About: Rotherham Hospital

Had a gastroscopy booked for 3.15 pm. Arrived in plenty of time. Was not told they were running two to three hours late. Had to leave and have asked to be rebooked. Very poor service and communication

It is always our intention to provide the best service possible and as such disappointing when our services fall below the expectations of our patients and their families.
