4 weeks before new year i decided that on news years day 2024 i would stop smoking , i rang the no smoking clinic to register my interest .
In jan a lovely lady called Emily rang me and talked me through all my options and aids available to me .
I decided on using patches starting with 25mg for the 1st 2 weeks eventually dropping to 10mg every week Emily would call me with words of encouragement i really couldnt have done it without her she was amazing and so friendly .
Im now day 53 smoke free .
