"Excellent care"

(as a relative),

My dad was recently admitted to Dr Gray’s hospital following a bad fall at home.

I just wanted to thank all the staff involved in his care. To the paramedics who were excellent and reassuring. The staff at the A&E department and ward who were very patient and kind despite how busy they were. Finally to the staff at ward 5 who were so lovely, efficient and kind. Special thanks to Dr Penney and S/N Penny.

You all do a wonderful job and I can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of my dad.

I am sorry to hear abour your dad's fall. It sounds a nasty one. I really hope he is on the mend and feeling a lot better.

It's lovely to read about the wonderful care given to your dad by everyone involved in looking after him, and especially to read how you described our crew as 'excellent and reassuring'

I have shared your kind comment with the teams in A&E, Ward 5 and especially with nurse Penny, who was very thankful for your feedback. Staff are always grateful to hear how they have made a stressful time for families, easier, so thank you for sharing your experience with us.
