About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

Attended the outpatient service for a Gastroscopy examination. Staff were very friendly and caring. Scott, the nurse that admitted me, was very good, putting me at ease straight away. 

The procedure went fine, although it’s not a pleasant experience I was put at ease and kept informed every step of the way as to what was happening. 

I was discharged after the procedure after getting the results and a debrief of everything that had happened during my visit.
