"If you are given the chance to attend grab it with both hands"

About: Specialist Therapy Services / Pulmonary Rehab (Rushcliffe)

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with asthma and COPD. I was referred to Pulmonary Rehab and I learnt so much about COPD and what I could do to make things easier for me and where to go for help.

Before I went to rehab I was worried about doing certain things in case I became breathless but I now know that is wrong and exercise is good for me.

I am so grateful to the lovely ladies who took the classes and I would definitely recommend that if you are given the chance to attend grab it with both hands you will not regret it.
