(as the patient),

I recently had occasion to go the the A&E at Musgrove Park Hospital in the small hours for help.

I have nothing but praise for the unfailing good humour, patience and kindness of all of the staff involved - from the Health Care assistant who kept my wife informed of my progress, to the Doctor and Nurses who cared for me and resolved my problem.

I went home in good spirits after a very trying time and will always be immeasurably grateful for the first class treatment I received in a busy A&E in the middle of the night.
