About: General Surgery / Minor Procedures Unit

(as a service user),

I had an appointment for a minor procedure (coccygeal injection) and was a bit anxious.  The staff were very patient and understanding, this made me relax a bit. The nurses chatted and tried to make me comfortable throughout the procedure.
