"Continence support for SEN child"

I received continence support via a telephone call with Michelle recently. I have a young child at special school with a profound intellectual disability. Michelle was so helpful at assisting in discussing suitable products. But the thing that I was most happy about was the support she gave me during the call, looking at different strategies for non verbal children to assist with toileting and ideas given about diary keeping to monitor toilet routine. She was just so supportive and reassuring. Thank you so much.
