"Heartfelt praise to the wonderful team"

I was admitted to the new NTC at the Victoria Hospital recently for a total shoulder replacement and would like to express my thanks and give heartfelt praise to the wonderful team who were involved in my surgery. From Nancy, my admission nurse, to my theatre ODP's Mark and Carl and my anaesthetist Katie, how positive, friendly and reassuring a team they were! I had no worries at all going into theatre, probably giving them a laugh with my observations on the overhead Nature Panels installed in the roof in the room, a thoughtful design indeed.

Then my wonderful surgeon Mr Cook, I can't say how much I appreciated his patience and time both pre and post op and I am thrilled with how successful my operation was. The benefits are already obvious with no more pain and as my mobility increases it looks like I will once again be back to my active and outgoing self! Thank you everyone.
