(as the patient),

I was admitted for triple by pass surgery.  Pre op in ward East 3 was exceptional.   The staff were professional but with great personality and empathy. Post op was more of the same from ITU through high dependency into the ward, I was cared for wonderfully.  I cannot speak highly enough of nursing staff plus support staff.  Please pass my thoughts to them.
