My wee mum was referred to the Hospital at Home Team at Wishaw General hospital following worrying blood tests. She was visited within the hour by a H@H doctor and continued to be monitored by H@H staff for the next two weeks. She was referred for a scan which occurred within a couple of days with the results phoned to me before I had even got home! I had to phone the service a few times and each person I spoke to was knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. We had complete faith in their care, I felt included and they treated my mum with the utmost respect and kindness.

This is a modern, family-centered, effective service and I cannot congratulate and thank this team enough for their care of both my mum and I. Please roll this service out throughout Scotland!
