"Made to feel at ease straight away"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was very nervous going in but was made to feel at ease straight away by all the nurses. Special mention to Lynsey, Jo, Michelle & Perlyn.  Procedure was quick and not as bad as I expected.

My name is Donna Cowie I am a Charge Nurse in Endoscopy at VHK. Thank you so much for taking the time to post on our care opinion site. I am so glad your procedure went well and that it was 'not as bad as you expected' always a bonus. Nice to hear that all the staff made you feel relaxed and at ease.
