"Took my concerns seriously"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a relative),

My son was assessed by the paediatric team at the Birnie Centre recently. I was very impressed with Dr Rao's thorough examination and attentiveness but most of all his patience with my son who was extremely distressed throughout the entire consultation. I felt as though Dr Rao took my concerns seriously and explained everything well. Thank you.
