About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I was really struggling and finding it very difficult to cope with PTSD. With the help of Inclusion I've managed to overcome the issues I was facing and completely turn my life around. I would highly recommend Inclusion to anyone who is struggling with mental health issues. Don't be afraid to ask for help, in my experience they won't judge you and they are always there when you need them.
