After contracting with covid, I had various health problems which led to anxiety and depression. My GP recommended me to get talking therapy.

Process to sign on therapy session was quiet easy and helpful. It really helped me to understand some of my symptoms were related to anxiety of ongoing health problems.

My therapist, Avithaa, was very supportive and resourceful to advice me. I am no just able to start recovering also manage to retain my job on reduced hours.

She was very patient to listen my worries and guiding me through. A huge thank you to Avithaa for providing me the right tools to handle the situation and feel positive for the future.
