"10 hours and still counting"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

Just appalling service, keeping people waiting for 10+ hours swelteringly hot on a cold night. What’s the point in just keeping people sat? Send them home with a set time to come back, increase staffing - need to do something. And if I’ve got a parking ticket when I leave that’ll be the final straw!

13 hours before we saw a doctor and then a nurse. Both were great, just not enough of them to see patients in a reasonable time.
