"One twin in Neonatal"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Neonatal Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

One of my twins had to be admitted to Neonatal unit at CAH straight after birth. I was heart broken that my babies were separated and one was unwell. The staff in CAH Neonatal Unit were absolutely exceptional. They became our friends and family whilst our baby girl was in the unit. The love, care and attention she received from the workers was out of this world. We are beyond thankful to them all with special love for Donal, Hannah, Lynsey and Nurse Practitioner Denise

Thank you Lisfox65 for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback about your experience of our neonatal unit in Craigavon Hospital. We know that it's always difficult for parents when they have a baby who needs admitted to the neonatal unit but our nurses but I am so pleased to hear that you and your daughter received the good care that you did. I will let the nurses you have named in your feedback know of your thanks.

I wish you and your family all the best. David

Hello,

Thank you so much for your positive comments.

I am sure it was very difficult for you having your twins separated and having to juggle your time between two areas to cater for their needs. However, I am reassured by your lovely feedback that your little girl received great care during her neonatal journey.

I hope you are now enjoying having your babies back together and I wish you well for the future,

I will happily pass on your feedback to staff:)

Thanks,

Seanna
