About: University Hospital Wishaw / Care of the Elderly (Wards 9-12) University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

The care and compassion shown to our elderly Mum During her recent emergency admission to Wishaw General her care and treatment was outstanding. She was treated with the utmost dignity with her delirium and history of advanced cancer. 

All the staff in A&E, AMAU2, her Consultant and the staff on Ward 12 - many thanks.

Thank you for sharing your mum's experience at University Hospital Wishaw.

I am so pleased to hear that she has received outstanding care from everyone involved. It must be a very frightening experience for her attending hospital for an emergency and I am glad that she was treated with dignity and respect.
