"IUD removal"

My first interaction in the clinic was a really positive one beginning with a reception staff member who was courteous and helpful in directing me to the right area within the clinic. Following this, when I arrived in the GUM clinic I met a lovely nurse called Amy, who stopped to help as soon as she saw me, making me feel welcome and then showed me where the waiting area was. Very soon after this, Amy called me through to the treatment room where I met another practitioner called Una. Una introduced herself straight away and was so kind and compassionate throughout the whole appointment, reassuring me all of the time. I had a lot of anxieties going into the appointment and thanks to Una and Amy's care, my experience was much less scary than I anticipated. I know this will help me so much when I have to attend for any future similar appointments. A great team doing a wonderful job. Thank you for your time.
