I went for a checkup. I was very happily surprised at how much better the service was than last time I came. The medical staff I saw were brilliant. The booking process was also excellent. Everything felt more confidential and professional than last time I was here.

For background , for a couple of years, every time I tried to get an appointment I got automated replies saying I'd missed the opportunities for that day and to phone again tomorrow. And after a few days of that I gave up.

Also you seem to have improved the check-in procedure so it is a bit less public and the receptionist is not asking personal questions while other people were wandering past.

So, well done to the team for such a transformation.
