"Appointment issues, but wonderful nurse in the end"

Nurse was wonderful and gave good advice.

I had previous appointment for next week, but in October a letter came with cancellation notice, but did not offer rescheduling. I phoned in December and was advised that they would be in touch.

In early January, I contacted them again and again, advised I would be contacted again. Last week I phoned again and spoke with Nurse Linda and she made an appointment for me this week.

Linda asked me some questions then did examination and suggested removal of the pessary and replaced with a softer ring. There was no discomfort and I felt so much more comfortable.
