(as a service user),

I want to reach out to acknowledge and thank GP Dr McCartney. I had attended GP to speak about my mental health.

This doctor really listened to what I had to say, acknowledged and validated my feelings. We worked together to look at the best course of action moving forward and most importantly, I just felt that she got it. She was compassionate and effective and her practice has stayed with me all day.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you have been receiving from your GP Practice has been to a high standard and you have felt fully supported throughout your appointments especially by Dr McCartney.

It was very heart warming to read how Dr McCartney has provided a listening ear and took the time to work together with you on the best way to manage your mental health going forward.

I hope you continue to receive the support you have been receiving and your mental health improves.
