(as a service user),

I was at minor injuries/a&e this morning. I was cared for very well. In particular by staff nurse Gaynor. She was so professional and kind.

I fractured my wrist. Gaynor explained everything well and ensured I had relevant pain relief whilst my wrist was set in plaster. She was very informative and compassionate throughout my care.

I want to thank her and the other team members who looked after me. I felt very safe the whole time. Gaynor made sure I was fed after my procedure and explained my aftercare plan.

I truly appreciate the prompt and caring treatment I received whilst at Monklands hospital. Well done to all involved in my care and treatment 👏
