(as a relative),

The care provided by the District Nursing team, Omagh, not only to my mother but to my family, was exceptional. The nurses dedication to ensure my mum was comfortable and pain free gave us as a family great comfort.

My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family on the loss of your Mum. I'm sure this must be a difficult time for you all and I appreciate you taking the time to comment so positively on the experience you and your family had with our District Nursing team in Omagh. It's always reassuring to hear such encouraging feedback on our teams knowing that you and your family were well supported and cared for at such an emotional and sad time in your lives.
