"I was treated with kindness"

About: General practices in Fife

(as a service user),

I felt hugely grateful to Charlestown Surgery. They truely go above and beyond to give patient centred care with a kind manner. I phone at 3.30pm to enquire what I could do as I had sinusitis and the pain was getting worse. The receptionist Lorraine was very helpful and invited me to email the practice with my symptoms and she would ask if the GP could help. Within two hours my prescription was waiting at the adjoining chemist to pick up. A simple process perhaps but I was very touched by the service when I made a late request on a Friday afternoon. I felt I was treated with kindness.

Hello blackbirdjn55

My name is Shelley McBain and I am the Interim Service Manager for Primary Care. It is always lovely to hear such positive feedback and I thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I will ensure this is passed onto the practice.

Many thanks

Shelley
