My daughter was in to get her ears cleaned after being back and forth with constant ear infections. She was really anxious and when they started she was in a lot of pain. A lovely man called Adrian came in and made her laugh and played games with her, she instantly felt at ease which made the doctor be able to finish the clean.
She also got given a lego set for being so brave, a really nice touch and thanks again to Adrian.
