"Lack of information"

About: West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / Xrays and Scans (Radiology)

(as the patient),

I was initially asked to sit in a waiting area. I sat for 40 minutes seeing other patients being attended to and at no time was I informed as to when or if I would be seen.

The eventual treatment was very good however the complete lack of information (example - you will be seen as soon as possible) led to a very negative response from me. The system deals with physical treatment, but seems unable to deal with any stress built up due to lack of information.
