(as the patient),

I just wanted to thank everyone at Ambulatory Care , FVRH.

I recently had nasal gastroscopy.

Everyone I met from start to finish was very positive, helpful, and professional.

Despite the department being obviously very busy, everyone took time with me and I always felt cared for and cared about.

A special word of thanks to Katie , who did my initial assessment; and to the whole team in the Endoscopy suite - on going into the room there was an immediate sense of calm, and that everyone was confident and competent in their roles.

My endoscopist , Stella, was excellent - very patient, positive, skilled, and reassuring.

Thank you all very much. You all do an amazing job.

Thank you so much for you kind words, we as a team really appreciate it when patients manage to give feedback at a time that they themselves are needing to think more about themselves.

I am very proud of the endoscopy team under our care and management. They are a credit to Forth Valley.

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback following your appointment to the unit.

I am so please to hear that you felt cared for and about during your time in the unit. We fully understand how daunting it is for patients attending for these procedures, and strive to reassure each patient during their time here, by being professional, caring and informative as you have portrayed of the team.

I will ensure that Katie and Stella receive these lovely comments, and also to the whole team as certainly does make a difference to all, and the feedback is very much appreciated, to a very hard working, busy team with the patients at the centre of all we do.
