"Customer care excellent from all"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Initial Assessment Unit Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Xrays and Scans

(as the patient),

Referred by local doctor to IAU approx 12 noon 08/02/2024

Receptionist friendly and helped me to install WhatsApp on my phone as reception difficult.

Nurse who took blood pressure saw I was a bit tense friendly and helped me to relax. Nurse who took blood samples helpful friendly and also extracted blood with first try not normal previously done elsewhere

Doctor precise took all my details listened to what I had to say gave me examination before sending me for X-ray. Xray dept nurse friendly put me at ease X-ray done quickly.

Doctor with results summed up clearly and precisely clearly what I had told him then gave me results of tests in layman terms and helpful advice

Left hospital approx 4pm

Customer care excellent from all. Bloodpressure/blood tests/examination/Xray and results all done in 3.5 hours without prior appointment.

To all staff take a bow from a grateful patient
