"An outstanding and invaluable service"

Yet again we are indebted to the tremendous support of the Enhanced Complex Care Team.

My husband has a long-term medical condition and multiple health issues which results in the potential for him to become extremely ill very quickly when suffering any kind of infection. When contacted, the team responded quickly. They liaised with our GP and were able to complete the necessary observations and blood tests without him having to leave the house.

Their early intervention was invaluable and resulted in appropriate management and treatment of this recent event, so that my husband did not have to be hospitalised on this occasion.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by every member of the team – Julie-Ann, Kevin, Matthew and Edel. Not only were they highly professional and impressively efficient but also displayed empathy and kindness each time they visited our home.

This is an outstanding and invaluable service. Thank You for all you have done.
