I went for an assessment after being referred by my local ANP, the two nurses in attendance were very pleasant and helpful, Hannah and Christine.
The assessment was led by young nurse Hannah, she explained about the procedure so I knew what to expect and made me feel at ease. This was very helpful as I was a bit apprehensive.
After taking an extensive background health history she explained everything in stages before carrying out each part of the procedure, regularly checking I knew what was being done and why.
She processed the various readings along with the health history and explained in detail what it all meant, checking I understood everything, then she explained the next steps regarding exercises I can do to improve the situation along with sending her report to the ANP at my GP surgery.
She was very competent and confident in everything she did during the examination and is a valuable, trustworthy member of the Larkhall Clinic in Lanarkshire.
"Very pleasant and helpful"
