(as a service user),

I recently had a cataract removed and the care I received was 5 star. 

I would like to mention the nurses, Linda and Claire on the ward, they were really good. It was quite a good experience even though I was nervous about it. The care in the theatre was really good and this was the worst part for me, but the staff were really good and they reassured me quite a bit.

I was pleased to read the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was nice to hear how the staff took the time to reassure you before and after your operation. This must have been a huge comfort to you.
