I am very happy with my treatment here in Radiotherapy. Staff are all first rate, helpful and friendly.

The building could do with a little bit of an upgrade, but I think some of this work is on-going at the moment. Also I think there could be more patient toilets.

Car parking is a nightmare, but I suppose this is always going to be a problem, and difficult to resolve.

Support staff and radiographers are excellent. I have no complaints and am very grateful to the NHS for my treatment.

Dear Timmy1, thank you for taking the time to feed back your experience in our Radiotherapy Department. My name is Bob, one of the support workers who would have welcomed you to our department. It is gratifying to hear that you believe our staff to be excellent and I will pass on your kind words to them.

The building is indeed undergoing some remedial work after a flood some months ago and hopefully the building will be more welcoming to patients once completed. As you also point out, the car parking is an ongoing issue and our Head of Therapeutic Radiography Services is fully aware of this and takes the issue to organisational meetings. Likewise, the amount of toilets available can be an issue at times and this is an issue that is taken to these meetings.

Once again, I thank you for your feedback and on behalf of all in out department, wish you well for the future.
