"Encouraged you on the road to recovery"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

From start to finish my experience of being in the NTC unit to have a full hip replacement operation was great.

Every single member of staff made you feel at ease, were so helpful, friendly and encouraged you on the road to recovery.

There were so many that I can’t remember them all but Susan, Morgan, Claire and Carly are a few. During the day or through the night nothing was too much trouble

The unit itself is so fresh and clean and I feel lucky to have had my operation there under the care of Mr Cowie and his team.

Look forward to being able to walk in there unaided for my follow-up appointment!
