"The care and attention was outstanding"

Attended Rockingham ward for a minor procedure. My expectations are high working within health care, knowing how things should be done  

The care and attention given to me was outstanding from start to finish. Rockingham ward is a well-organised unit and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained in detail from start to finish. The team are happy in their work and this is reflected in the care they give. An excellent example of teamwork with senior nursing staff present at ward level.

I have not received better care when going private. A true credit to the NHS. I observed the fast pace and the dependency of the more vulnerable who required help with basic tasks. Every patient was treated with respect and compassion. A true example of integrated teamwork. From the sister to the HCAs the care was outstanding. Bottle this up and share this with the rest of the NHS.
