About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as a service user),

I had a fall and I was brought up to accident and emergency. I was seen by lovely staff then taken to ward 21. The staff on the ward couldn’t be any nicer, nothing was a problem to them. From the the nursing staff, doctors physiotherapist, all the team in ward 21 were amazing. I would like to thank Lee and Pauline, you made me smile every day, thanks again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to read the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was lovely to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel welcome and were able to keep a smile on your face in what must have been a very worrying time.

I'll be happy to pass on your thanks to the team especially Lee and Pauline who I'm sure will be touched to hear your kind words.

I hope your feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.
